Golden jubilee special edition uncirculated set of Canadian coinage. The Royal Canadian Mint present the Golden Jubilee uncirculated set of Canadian coinage featuring a new fifty-cent and twenty-five cent coin. The obverse of the fifty-cent coin offers something new for 2002, a design that first appeared on a 1953 bronze coronation medal and is now being used to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the accession to the throne by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. The twenty-five cent coin hails Canada's 135th birthday. 
Designed by Judith Chartier, it features revelers celebrating on and around, a maple leaf. Mintage has been limited to 50 000 sets worldwide.

Coins and insert are in mint condition.  The envelop shows some wear with tape on edges as pictured.
