Here are just a few answers to some of the questions we have been asked. If the answer you are looking for isn't here, please don't hesitate to email or call us 519-823-5130.

Will the item I order be exactly what is shown on your website? Generally the item image will be similar, but not exactly the same as the piece you receive.  That is the beauty of handcrafted work, each one is individually made by hand. We use the same patterns so the differences will be minor and we're happy to send a picture before shipping if you want to be sure.  Keep in mind that metallic texture and colors can also vary, depending on the skill of our photographer and the resolution on your computer.

Are these items in stock or made to order?  While we do stock many of the items on our website, some pieces will be made to order, just for you.  If we have the piece already made, shipping happens within days of receiving the order.  Anything else is usually sent within 2 weeks.  If you are working with a time deadline, please ask about our stock or current turn-around time.

Do you ship?  Yes - to just about anywhere in the world!   Shipping rates are based on destination and the size of the item.  To get a quote for North American destinations, add item(s) to the shopping card and complete your address details. You will then see the shipping cost before you have to enter payment.  For any other destination, send us an email with the item(s) you are interested in, along with your address and we'll get back to you right away with a quote.

How long does it take for an item to ship? Usually we ship within 5 business days. If it will be longer than that, we will contact you right away with an estimated ship date.

I am local and don't want to pay shipping. That's great - you are more than welcome to come to the gallery to pickup your purchase.  You can complete the purchase online to ensure that we will set it aside for you,  At checkout, select "Pickup" as your delivery method. Shipping cost will not be added to your order and we will contact you when it is ready for pickup, generally next day. It is possible we could have it ready sooner if you let us know immediately.

I received an error message when checking out  "There are no shipping methods available for your cart or address.”  This likely means that you entered a post box address. Our main shippers are UPS or Canpar who will only deliver to street addresses.  Send us a quick email to metallicevolution@gmail.com and we will 'tweak' the order so it can be mailed to you instead.

What are your hours at the store? 2024 update: for the winter months, open only by appointment till Spring 2024. For the most current information, just call 519-823-5130 or send us an email .  

What forms of payment do you accept in the store? All forms - major Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Debit, Cash or Styll Gallery gift cards from Metallic Evolution or Styll Gallery.

Do you sell gift cards? Yes!  You can order a digital gift card online  or stop by the gallery for a physical card. Any denomination available and gift cards never expire.
